QC’s Headlight Ordinance

Councilor Jun Ferrer reminded all motorists that the city ordinance number SP1852 S-08 will be on full effect. All motorists are advised to turn their headlights from 6PM to 6AM or face stiff fines. This ordinance was issued to deter road mishaps which is a regular occurrence in Commonwealth Avenue.
