I know that the ASEAN Basketball League is not yet big in our shores but kicking the asses of our rivals is a really big thing. Its like Charice Pempengco in Ellen! Efren Penaflorida winning that CNN award! Okay, okay its a bit over the top but the Philippines is a basketball hungry nation and winning an international event is a big thing.
The Philippine Patriots won convincingly by beating Indonesia’s Satria Muda BritAma. The Indonesians never won a game in the best of five series.
